When editing an average manuscript, I focus on spelling, syntax, sentence structure, and grammar. For most projects, I am not responsible for sentence strengthening, plot holes, or any other storyline flaws, although, I may be inclined to intervene at my own discretion or at the request of the client.

 

I prefer to do two readings and rounds of edits on each manuscript. I will complete one round of edits and send it to the client for approval before I complete the project. During the second edit, I will look for higher order issues.
